  • Diagnose your injury or illness
  • Create a tailored treatment plan including managing any pain or wounds
  • Organize any referrals that are required for imaging, allied health and/or specialist(s) that you will need to be involved in your care
  • Fill-out your State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) certificate of capacity on your behalf and send this off to all involved parties

  • Employer may contact the doctor to discuss your capacity for work and possible suitable work options
  • Regular consultations with us for reassessment and review of your progress will be organised
  • Good communication and cooperation among your support team

  • Appoint a workplace rehabilitation provider to assist with your recovery at work
  • Arrange a case conference to discuss your progress with the support team
  • Send you for further review to an injury management consultant
  • Issue an injury management plan for us to review
